Shipping

UK & Eire Shipping : Royal Mail 1^st Class or Recorded Delivery – for orders valued at £20 – £299.99 cost £7.95

For items £300 or more – Free Next Day Special Delivery

International Shipping : International Delivery – £20

Once your order has been dispatched you will be updated with a tracking number. A signature is required on all parcels.  The delivery address cannot be changed once the item has been despatched. Orders will be despatched Mon-Fri between the hours of 9am-5pm, any orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the next day, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Please note – On international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional taxes, import duties or tariffs that may occur.

Refund Policy

Any item purchased from Dent Jewellers may be returned for a full refund regardless of the reason provided the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please contact us within 7 days to discuss a return. 

The item must be returned by fully insured shipment within 14 days of delivery with its original box and packaging to be eligible for a full refund. 

Earrings cannot be refunded.

Dent Jewellers are not responsible for return shipping costs and/or taxes that may be incurred.

Made-to-order or bespoke items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless faulty. 

This policy applies only to items purchased from Dent Jewellers online store.

Protecting your information is a priority. We will use the contact information we collect, to consult with you (via email or telephone), so we can keep you up to date with our latest purchases and to streamline our services to better suit your requirements. We will share your delivery address with necessary shipping companies. We will never sell or share your details to any third party.

We accept all major credit cards and wire transfers. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Please contact us either through email for wire transfer instructions.

Terms of Service

Dent Jewellers offer a warranty on all of our new and bespoke jewellery against any manufacturing defects. If you experience a problem with your purchase please feel free to contact us to discuss the issue. If we deem the problem to be a manufacturing fault, Dent Jewellers will repair the item at no cost to the customer. This warranty excludes damage caused by wear and tear or negligence. After six months of purchase all missing side or accent stones will be considered wear and tear and will be at the expense of the customer.
